I have been playing MTB Black Snell balls for a while now but this new ball is a lot better. THe feel of this ball is awesome! Good of the driver and good feel around the greens.

Two years ago I purchased the Get Sum ball and liked it and played well with it. I felt like my game was improving so I went to the MTB X last year and played pretty well with that ball and noticed the short game characteristics of the ball. This year I purchased a few dozen Prime 3.0s and I REALLY like this ball. I played this ball during a recent Golf Buddy trip where we played 100 holes in 4 days and I fully dominated the weekend and ball control played a big part. The ball played very well for me off the tee as a fader I was able to play controlled shots that landed in the fairway and finished 2nd in Fwy% for the weekend. But the biggest asset this ball had for me was the greenside spin. I was going razzle-dazzle on everyone with around-the-green spinny shots that would bite hard and trickle out a foot near the hole - I was impressing myself!
Shortly after that guys trip in July the MGS review came out and I was shocked! It was not my experience with this ball nor any of the other Snell balls I have played. I am sure there testing did show poor results, but the ball plays well for me and I'll keep buying them until it doesn't. Maybe MGS got this one wrong, maybe the got it right and I will find out eventually, but my recent experience buying these balls this year, as recently as June, will keep me coming back as a very satisfied customer.
