Solid improvements in both the PR3 and PR4. The most noticeable for me has been the durability of the cover. The don't seem to get the little scuffs and scratches that the previous models seemed prone to. Between the two, the 3 is a little softer, little slower, and flies a little lower than the 4. Speed appears to fall right in line with other "tour" models, not the fastest but right in the ballpark. Biggest surprise for me was a pleasant one, both models have performed extremely well in the wind for me. The testing continues but I am very happy with the new models.

I ordered the Tour test pack. which includes the PR4 and PR3 golf balls. I usually play TayloeMade TP5 golf balls and I thought I would just give the Snell line of golf balls a try. WOW!!, I was pleasantly surprised at the performance that I got from these golf balls. I would put them right along side any TP5 or PROV1 golf ball in use today. The only difference I was able to tell between the PR3 and PR4 was the PR3 felt a little softer other than that they both performed excellently. I will defiantly keep some of these balls in my bag.

I played the PR3 from my test pack and shot my best score of 81 at the age of 81. I am now trying the PR4 and I may be liking it better. I will be testing both before making my final decision. Thank Dean for a great ball.

Recently I received a package of Snell golf ball’s. I began my test with PG3. The ball exceeded all expectations. More later.
