Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Items purchased as closeout items can not be exchanged or returned.
Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a product defect, or error on part of Snell Golf, we will refund your shipping charges. If returned for other reasons, shipping charges will not be refunded.
Incorrect Item Delivery
If we deliver the wrong items to you, we will arrange return and replacement completely at our expense.
Incorrect Product Order or Size
If the wrong product or size was ordered by you, we will exchange the product for you but shipping costs for return of the product at customer expense.
Apparel Returns - apparel returns MAY be accepted if unused, however shipping of new products will incur shipping expenses.
