Shipping policy

SHIPPING TERMS - Updated 1/20/2025

All orders are processed and shipped out next business day following day of your order. We ship Monday through Friday, we DO NOT SHIP on Saturdays or Sundays, or Holidays.

*PO BOXES - orders placed with PO boxes will be shipped via USPS. These orders do not have a guaranteed time delivery and can experience significant delays during the holiday season. 

Please note: apparel items may ship separately and may take longer than golf ball orders. 

OUR STANDARD SHIPPING
(This applies for the Contiguous U.S. only, Alaska and Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may have exceptions)

All orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS. Orders are shipped ground unless express option is chosen by customer. 

*1/20/25 - Orders of 5 dozen golf balls or more are now offered FREE ground shipping. This applies only in the contiguous 50 U.S. States, outlying areas are not eligible due to shipping costs by carriers. This offer also does not apply to wholesale orders or additional discounted sales via special programs. 

Orders of 6 dozen golf balls or more, AND orders that contain many items that cannot fit into our standard packages are shipped via FEDEX GROUND and will take 1-6 business days depending on customer distance from our headquarters in Massachusetts. During peak holiday season, all carriers expect delays, Snell Golf cannot control such delays and we encourage early ordering during those times. 

Expected arrival dates fro ground shippipng are estimated ranges provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Although we will do our best to meet these estimates, additional time may be required to receive your delivery. If you need to guarantee delivery by a certain date, or need the order delivered faster, we recommend upgrading to an expedited shipping option shipping or contact our customer service department for assistance. 

Alaska & Hawaii
All orders will ship FedEx Express Shipping or USPS flat rate. Costs may vary by location and volume. 

Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and APO's
All orders are charged a flat fee depending on quantity and shipped USPS flat rate. 

ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
After placing an order, two emails will be sent if a valid email address is provided. The first email will confirm that your order was placed and will provide an order confirmation number, which can be referenced as needed. Once the order has shipped, a second email confirming shipment will be sent with tracking information.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
While we will do all that we can to ensure your shipment arrives on time, Snell Golf® cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery that are beyond our control, such as severe weather or COVID related delays by any of the major carriers. Snell Golf is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
